If you have difficulties activating your licence key online, you still have the option of activating it by telephone.
In the installation window, simply click on "back" and then select "telephone activation".
Now you must select your country in the selection window at the top and then dial the free 0800 telephone number. During the telephone call, please follow the instructions given to you by the audio instruction.
